I started investing in 2015 to help my parents take full control of their money after years of frustration and disappointing results with their advisor. Soon enough, they could manage everything on their own, while I started investing for myself as well.
That experience taught me that a lack of financial knowledge leaves you exposed to hidden costs and constantly under pressure, not knowing when or if you will achieve your long term financial goals.
In 2021, I founded Stoic Money with a single purpose: teaching people the principles of investing and Stoicism that guided me, so they can work towards building their ideal future.
